Pappardelle with my fav Rao’s sauce & Caesar salad

Quick & easy! Because you just use your fav jarred sauce – I keep a few jars of it onhand always for quick meals – and pre-bagged salad, which you can doll up any way you want. This recipe uses pappardelle pasta, but you could use any pasta you prefer.

Ingredients,
Your fav pasta – I like pappardelle pasta in this recipe because it “carries” my fav sauce perfectly.

Your fav sauce – I like Rao’s Mushroom & Green Pepper when I can find it.

Bag of frozen meatballs or you can saute up some ground beef or Italian sausage to add to your sauce, if you like.

Pre-bagged Caesar salad, which I just add pitted, jumbo black olives to

Loaf of heated sourdough or breadsticks, if you like

Instructions
1. If you are doing this recipe with meat, saute up your ground beef or Italian sausage and set aside on a paper towel lined plate to drain. In a med size pot, get your sauce heated up and add meat to sauce so flavors have a chance to combine.

2. Boil pasta til al dente and drain, add to sauce.

3. Prep your salad – I’ve been preferring a Caesar lately, but I add jumbo black pitted olives to it.

That’s it!
