Summery Wine Spritzer

I’ve been loving this light, hydrating drink option for the hot humid days of late summer here on the patio, or poolside, here in Texas!

Ingredients

• Your favorite summery, light wine (this one above, came from our local HEB grocery store – it is a very lightly naturally-flavored absolutely delicious strawberry wine. Another great summertime wine I love is a Vinho Verde, a Portuguese light-alcohol content and effervescent variety. But you could also use any light and fruity white, as well.)
• Seltzer or club soda
• Ice

Instructions

• Fill your wine glass about 1/3 full of crushed ice
• Fill remainder of wine glass with 1/2 white wine, and the other half seltzer or soda water.
• Enjoy!
